Camelot Estates Neighborhood Association(CENA)has about 290 homes. It is a non-profit organization. Dues are voluntary and are $25/year per household. Of course, without your financial support we would be able to do very little to improve the neighborhood. We hold an annual picnic and annual meeting open to all residents. We have by-laws and a board of directors who meet at the direction of the president to solve problems and make plans for improvements. Some recent improvements have been the installation of stop signs at critical intersections, the installation of 13 street lights throughout the neighborhood and 2 more are planned. We recently installed a Camelot Association sign complete with landscaping at the intersection of 122nd and Greystone and plans are being considered for other signage in the neighborhood in the near future. Another improvement was the replacement of damaged fence at 118 th & Stratford. This was just completed and looks very nice. We have other ideas but may be limited by finances.
We are in the process of developing a web-site for the association. This is a time consuming process and may take several weeks to complete. When it is completed we will be able to keep you better informed and will offer other services like putting things u for sale, lost and found, news items and etc. so keep checking with us and also give us your ideas on what you would like to see on the web-site. We welcome your suggestions.
