The purpose of of this Association shall be the preservation and development of the subdivision as an orderly and attractive place in which to live and enjoy the common facilities and the performance of all functions required by the Declaration of Restrictions. The provisions of the Declaration of Restrictions, record book 149, Page 306, at Oldham County Courthouse, shall be the document controlling the actions of the Association, its members and directors.
There shall be an annual meeting of the association held on the 4th Sunday in October.
The Board of Directors meet on the first Monday of each month in the Cardinal Harbour pavilion at 7:00 P.M.
The common facilities include the pavilion, the pool, the tennis courts, the lake, the park areas, the boat ramp, the barns, roads, and any other areas owned by the Association and designated for common use.
