Carriage Gate Subdivision

Carriage Gate Subdivision in Duluth was built in 1985 and consists of approximately 109 homes.
The subdivision contains an optional swim/tennis/volley ball complex. All the homes in this neighborhood are situated on at least half acre lots.
You can walk to Chattahoochee Elementary School and Duluth High School.
