Castlegate Community

No I'm not left in the dark, I read the board daily and my husband is a board member (and no he is not the President or the VP LoL), very well informed.  But just because you're doing whatever you're doing you made no hint as to what your e-mails were to Brett, I don't typically jump to conclusions and assume it had to do with the President and VP, it really could have been about anything under the sun.  And my example of a neighbors weeds was just that an example not an exact.  You don't live here, so I realize you probably wouldn't be complaining about your neighbors weeds, but again it was simply an example.  My point was, if you weren't asking an actual question then your e-mail may not get a response, if you asked an actual question then it should be. 

If you're sending it directly to Brett's e-mail again maybe he's on vacation or sick.  Did you try calling?  Explaining to a receptionist that you've sent two e-mails with no response?

It just seems that this board has become nothing but a bitch session for a select few people.  Nobody is ever on to say anything nice, it becomes a bitch session for a select few to complain about a select few things.  Could things be better at times?  Sure.  But a lot of things everywhere could.  I don't think it's right for Oasis or Brett to ignore you, but the old saying of you get more flies with honey than with vinegar sometimes does hold true.

Not saying you don't have the right to complain, but geez-o do you EVER have anything pleasant to say too.

Geez O is right...He might not live in here but yes he does own a home here in Castlegate and HE was part of the weed pulling last year....And also was out picking up trash two weeks ago on Ocotillo...He wants our community to be GREAT and have a GREAT management company...Not to much to ask for...He has done a lot of work to get this petition signed so it can be a better community..Its unfortunate people see it as complaining or a bitch session as you put it...I see it as putting our money where it needs to be instead of throwing it to the wind ...And yes we all know your husband is on the board...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK FOR OUR COMMUNITY "BG IN CASTLEGATE" WE APPRECIATE IT!!!!

Ok, #1  just because you don't live in castlegate.But OWN a house here,does give you the right to question things.

Yep, HOA rules should be followed, the unfortunate reality is, if people choose not to follow them, when it comes right down to it there isn't a whole lot past a certain point the HOA can do without running into a ton of cash which they simply don't have .  Minus paying the electric bills for the lights, keeping common areas picked up, etc the HOA is kind of a worthless entity.
