I was talking about laws governing HOA's. Don't know what the rest of your post refers to ???????????????

Yup I have decided this HOA is absolutely worthless.........

I have been waiting for my ballot as well, but am not going to hold my breath as I don't think anything is going to be sent out. Bret has already told us what he thinks about removing the VP at the last meeting and I have a feeling he is going to drag this out as long as he can. So what will happen if he doesn't send out a ballot and the VP and President don't resign what is our next step?

Could this be something we as member's do by a vote to replace Oasis because they didn't follow the Law?  even if they are under a contract.

If the ballots are not sent out, the management company for one would be in viloation of AZ State Law Statute 33-1813 thus I believe a law suite against the management company could (and in this case WILL) be filed.  I will have to talk with an attorney to see if the HOA Board is also responcible and could also have a law suite brought against them as well.  I know that our Community is in dire straights as to our financials, however when you breaking the law people need to be held accountable. 

I took gitterynutmegs advice and called Oasis today asking for Brett.  The girl said one moment and then came back on and said Brett was not answering his phone.  I asked to talk with anyone there at the office, again she said one moment and then came back and said that NO one in the office was answering there phone. Unacceptable !!!

In accordance to Arizonia Law the ballots must be received by this Saturday to each home owner, unless Oasis is going to hand deliver each ballot on Sunday.  I would like everyone that reads this to call Oasis tomorrow and ask them when they will be receiving there ballot.

The only way this could come to an end without ballots being sent out and costing our communty (this is a guesstament thirdhand) a minimum of $5,000.00 is for our President and Vice-President to resign.  I have made it known I would need personally see the signed resignations, I have not seen anything yet.
