The only grey I have is on top of my head not between my ears thank you, and no one here is stopping anyone from voicing there opinion, as you just did. But to say we are slamming a member who actually cares about this community is insane I didn't read anything that would apply to slamming what I read is someone voicing their opinion. What was funny to me being a little older than you and a women when glittery said she was a American women, just what does that mean anyways? Is this the PC way to describe one self is now American women or just a women?  So I guess you might take this as a bash or slam if so then that tells me your not reading what is being said, instead you are putting your own views and that is alright to, that is what is so great about this country we are all intitled to  voice are opinion even if those who listen don't like what they hear......

You just confirmed my point. The only people not "reading" the posts are you guys. I am not stopping anyone from voicing their opinions. I'm stating a fact you all are bashing Glittery for no reason. She made a point on rates for SRP and other services are going up. There is a trickle down effect that happens. I am sure you know that. When the costs go up for one service it makes costs go up for others. That includes HOA dues. We have a few street lights, we water the hell out of the grass. So when H2O raises the rates, who is going to pay for that? I guess we will have to huh? I don't want my dues raised, but reality is that we may have to to keep this place alive. Either that or we drop the HOA. We all pay for oour own trash and let the common areas go to hell!! Thats the truth. Take it how you hear it.

Drop the HOA. Sounds good to me it's worthless anyhow. Give the land to the county.

Let me know a couple of weeks before you drop the HOA.  I will do one of two things, either let my house go back to the bank, because it will not be worth C#@%  or I will wait a couple months for the values on all the homes in Castlegate to go down to $30,000.00 and buy 50 homes and make a killing on renting each and every one of them out.
