First I heard of a Wednesday meeting..........no it is not posted on my mailbox.

You must have someone in your neighborhood that takes them down (or your postal person) as there are 2 on my mailbox as well as the mailboxes I walked by yesterday southeast and southwest of the school.

You can also go here http://www.mycastlegatehome.com/index.html and click on "news and events" towards the top and it gives the HOA meeting dates and times.  Typically they are the last Wednesday of the month and always at 7:00 at Simonton. 

If you go to the same link and click on news and events and then on the far right hand side click on "newsletters" and click on "March 2010" on the 3rd page under "mark your calendar" (on the right hand side very top) it says they have confirmed meetings from now through May and it has the dates listed there for March, April and May as well.

I'd encourage you to check that website once a month or so at the very least, they keep it up to date, there's always a monthly newsletter on there as well as other helpful and useful information that will help to keep you up to date on meetings and what's going on, etc.
