How many homeowners read this message board..............well that is how many homeowners know that there will be a meeting Tuesday. People can't attend a meeting that they don't know about.

They're putting fliers up on all of the mailboxes if I'm not mistaken. |

Flyers are posted on every mailbox in the community about a week before every meeting. Are montly meetings are on the last wed of every month, which is also in our montly news letter that is posted on the community website. We also send out two news letters a year in the mail with this info. We used to send out a notice in the mail every month, but even then, people said they never got the notice, so the boad and management company do the best they can with notifications. I think the flyers on the mailboxes work the best. EVERYONE who lives here passes a mailbox at least once a week. |
