Exterior rodent control services are provided by PestNow (Superior Pest Management). You pay the cost of these services through your homeowner dues. If PestNow placed a bait station in your yard and you do not want it there, call and they will remove it. Also call PestNow to volunteer to have a bait station placed in your back yard, if you are willing to leave your gate unlocked so that the station can be inspected and rebaited. The bait stations are tamper-resistant boxes that keep children and pets out but bait secure. They are baited with an anti-coagulant rodenticide. (The antidote is vitamin K.) Rats and mice that eat a lethal dose of the bait will die several days later. If you find rodent remains in your yard or on common grounds, call PestNow and they will remove it during regular business hours at no extra charge.
