I think an update need only be annually - UNLESS we have a new resident. than maybe only a notice of change would be called for? |

A Cedar Grove Park Directory would be great! It should list all the owners names and addresses, as well as any current renters. I think each person who wants one, should pay the cost of the copy, because everyone may not want one. Therefore, the Association should make it available, updating it as needed. |
