Someone mentioned that they wished we had a gated community. The only way that would be possible would be to block off one entrance, say the 97th Ave entrance to each of our 3 streets and then put entrance gates at the entrance to each street off 95th Ave. It would also involve building at least a low or partial wall around the retention area to enclose the entire area to access except by street. It still would not be a true gated community because people would still have foot access. But it would eliminate vehicle access. That is unless they were to drive though someone's yard. And low or partial walls could be built along the curbs to prevent this. Anyone willing to take on the project? The gates could be code operated gates. I would prefer to spend time and money to do this in lew of a sign!!
