What is the Neighborhood Watch

Neighborhood Watch is one of the oldest and most effective crime prevention programs in the country, bringing citizens together with law enforcement to deter crime and make communities safer.

What Does the Watch Do

Watch groups are not vigilantes and should not assume the role of the police. Their duty is to ask neighbors to be alert, observant, and caring — and to report suspicious activity or crimes immediately to the police.

Centerton Neighborhood Watch 2008

Centerton had a special census taken in 2005 which showed the community has grown to over 5000 residents. It's a bedroom community just west of Bentonville, Arkansas.

We hope that you take the time to join the neighborhood watch and get involved in your community. The neighborhood watch is designed to assist the police - be their eyes and ears of things that are not right.

After three years of the group being silent, and the City of Centerton growing by leaps and bounds in the meanwhile; it's time to keep our families and homes safe.
