Chaddsford-Crestridge-Woodrim Neighborhood Association

The Chaddsford-Crestridge-Woodrim Neighborhood is a well established area of approximately 635 homes all built in the late 1970's. Century Elementary School is within walking distance of all the homes. Crestridge Park is located in the area and features a playground and tennis courts. The area is well situated for easy access to the Denver Tech Center, DIA, and even Downtown Denver. Many of the residents of the area are original owners.

CCWNA Overview

The Association is made up of voluntary members who pay $5.00 per month dues. All dues collected go towards Association activities:
1) Landscaping/maintenance of common areas
2) Social activities
3) Newsletter and other communications

Meetings

The Association holds open meetings on the third tuesday of every month (except December) at 7:00pm at the Southeast Church of Christ (on Yale 1 block west of Elkhart)

About our association

Chaddsford-Crestridge-Woodrim Neighborhood Association (CCWNA)

CCWNA is a voluntary association for the 635 homes bounded by Iliif & Chambers to the north east, and Yale and Blackhawk to the south west. The Association is entirely supported by dues ($5.00 per month) from our registered households.

CCWNA Activities

CCWNA is responsible for landscaping and maintenance of our "common" areas (mostly neighborhood entrances).

Additionally, CCWNA actively supports the Neighborhood Watch program which is largely responsible for maintaining security in our neighborhood.

Finally, CCWNA holds social events throughout the year to get our neighbors together in a fun setting.
