Potential Car Wash at Iliff and Blackhawk

No meetings with Mr. Sheldon are currently scheduled.

Currently, Mr. Sheldon believes we can, for our Association, build an 8 foot wood fence from Iliff Avenue, along the back of all homes that border 7-11 and Texas Roadhouse, to E. Wesley Place, and around the cul-de-sac to the existing fence at the eastern edge of the Le-Chateau townhomes.

For Le-Chateau, Mr. Sheldon may be able to also fence off their entire easter edge and potentially provide an electric gate at their vehicle entrance.

2004 Micro-Grant

Our Association has applied for a City of Aurora $500 micro-grant to produce a booklet for all neighbors with neighborhood and city information, e.g.:
- police/fire tips
- city zoning codes
- city services (library, recreation, etc.)
