The purpose of the Organization is to seek to improve the quality of life in the community in matters such as land use, environmental protection, public services, consumer protection, preservation of the historic and unique character of the community, and other matters of community concern.
The objectives of the Organization are to:
1. Represent and advance the interests of residents in the community.
2. Keep all residents informed of issues vital to the community by appropriate communications and meetings.
3. Establish standing and ad-hoc committees to investigate and make recommendations to the Organization on all matters of community concern.
4. Establish mutual protection and safety.
5. Improve safety of the streets through better traffic control.
6. Facilitate the education of residents regarding available options open to them relating to the problems of property ownership, zoning, rights, etc.
7. Work toward development and preservation of natural green spaces, parks, trees, and general land use management.
8. Monitor and inform CCC members of private initiatives and public policies significant to Chambers Creek.
9. Provide a forum to address and solve problems of the Chambers Creek area.
10. Disseminate information between the CCC, city, county governments, and other organizations.
Membership in the Organization shall be open to any person who owns property within a three (3) mile radius of the intersection of FM66 and Arrowhead.
Membership shall be issued on the basis of the household as a unit upon payment of annual dues.
