The Aurora City Planning Department has forwarded for neighborhood review a copy of a request for conditonal use. Kinkos proposes to operate a 3900 square foot copy and print facility past midnight in the Aurora City Place development (south of the Super Target). A conditional use is required for operation beyond midnight when adjacent to residential uses in the City Center Zone District. Based on the location within the development and its relation to Chambers Heights, I recommend that our organization take a neutral position on this request. This case will be heard at a Planning Commission public hearing in the future.
