Know that the override is for $20.9 million: $8.9 mil. will allow payments on monies already borrowed and if passed will allow that debt, already paid from our current budget, to be excluded from prop 2 1/2; $12 mil. in new dollars to pay for bonds to fund street, school, police, fire, and COA needs. It is vital that you know this in order to make an informed decision for you will not see any dollar amounts on the ballot.
