This charming neighborhood is reminiscent of the compact neighborhoods of the 1920s and 1930s.  A drive or stroll through our neighborhood will evoke a sensibility that returns to days gone by, and bring a feeling of emotional bonding to the community.  Because our community was designed to improve with age, we place great importance and value in our Home Owner’s Association which provides residents with guidelines that will insure the high standards implemented at Chaparral Point @ Indigo Ranch will continue far into the future. 

The heart of our Chaparral Point at Indigo Ranch is its community parks and courtyards, lush and colorful landscape and pedestrian pathways.   The use of traditional architectural styles is varied and ranges from Victorian to Craftsmen, with urban elements like alley access to rear garages, spacious front porches, and white picket fences which give it its distinctive character and sense of old world charm like no other.   

Chaparral Point at Indigo Ranch boasts professionally designed landscapes throughout the community which were carefully planned to integrate the housing units, street/pedestrian network and landscape elements essential to the viability of the overall aesthetics of the community.  The landscape architect and engineering firm, Thomas & Thomas, out did themselves when they designed and developed the landscape elements of this community, including a palette of site elements such as entry monuments, walls, fencing, site furnishings, and lighting to help create a sense of permanence to the environment, especially during winter months when landscape is not as prominent.
