Chartwell at Castleton

Chartwell at Castleton consists of 80 single family homes.  It is part of the Castleton subdivision comprising 9 individual neighborhoods.

We have a safe environment, great neighbors, beautiful homes and wonderful community spirit!

Chartwell’s Social Committee strives to plan and organize community events including Easter Egg Hunts and Block Party festivities.

The Chartwell Homeowner’s Association protects and maintains the spirit of our community.  Each individual neighborhood in Castleton has its own Homeowner's Association that serves their owners and landscaping in common areas within their community. The Castleton Homeowner’s Association serves the areas outside the individual neighborhoods and maintains the fencing, trees and hedging around Tower Bridge Loop.  Each Board of Directors has quarterly meetings with open forums for homeowner concerns and suggestions.
