Chatham Court Homes Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation, was established in February of 1978.
Currently, the Board of Managers works with Curry Association Management, Inc. as the management agents. Membership is required by and limited to property owners. Each owner is welcome to attend the meetings and is entitled to one vote per issue.
Chatham Court Homes Association meetings are held once a month in the home of a board membert of the association. The time and location are mailed to each homeowner prior to the meeting date. An annual meeting of all owners is held once a year in January, if weather permits.
