1. The Association will contact a resurfacing company to discuss the situation with the streets in Chatham Walk. Two years ago GLobe Paving came in to the area and only discovered a few areas with minor issues. However, now there are several areas, especially around man holes, where the cement is chipping away severely.

2. The common area jas grubs. The Association has has a treatment placed for this. A bit of interesting news: The grubs come from the Japanese Beetle. Therefore, if anyone is hangin the bags to trap these bugs, please discontinue doing so. This only makes the problem wirse because by hanging the bags they are actually getting drawn in to the area.
