Chatterton East subdivision was established in 2000 by Maronda Homes. The subdivision has 150 homes ranging in price from $120,000.00 to more than $160,000.00.
The Chatterton East Homeowners Association was established in 2005. Our community fosters a spirit of community cooperation, well being and pride for the residents of Chatterton East. Recently, the association has tackled issues of crime, vancant properties, semi-trucks parked on the residential streets, and street lights.
The association is committed to preserving the quality of residential life in Chatterton East.
Home Ownership and beautification is the key goal of the Chatterton East Homeowners Association under the leadership of the residents who give of their talents, share their resources and pay their dues. Within its boundaries this collective body is committed to:
1. Promote the general welfare of the residents.
2. Inform residents of neighborhood events and issues.
3. Encourage neighborhood improvement projects.
4. Ensure the safet of the residence by monitoring and partnering with law enforcement personnel.
5. Raise funds for communtiy projects.
6. Encourage social interaction and promote harmony among residents of the community.
7. Encourage residents to participate in local school and community activities and functions.
