Yesterday I had forwarded the post of ''Contempt of Court'' to the Board of Circle C Homeowners Association. Today I received this e-mail from Mr. Ken Rigsbee, the Treasurer/Secretary.

I wonder if I ever cross that LINE, what is going to happen to me?! Should I go hiding in the cave or should I hire a bodyguard?

In view of Mr. Gammon's frivolous lawsuit, I am compelled by legal counsel to not make comment on issues such as that you have raised - which I am hereby disobeying. But, I am fed up and I've had it from ignorant antagonists like you, and I am about to file a personal lawsuit to separate you from your resources - because I like all who have served the CCHoA Board have done so in as honest and professional basis as is possible. You have absolutely no positive evidence of misdealings or misrepresentations by the board. We have decided to NOT respond to ignorant dissertations like yours - which I have now breached. Get a life, and get off this kick, or pay the consequences.

Contempt of court

If CCHOA actually did delete the email list, then they are in contempt of court. That email list is a CCHOA resource and the members are not only entitled to use it, but they are entitled to receive a copy, as the judge's ruling made clear.

While there may not be any penalty for inappropriate actions (or outright fraud) in normal circumstances, this appears to be in violation of a judges order, to me. I think this is a crimial act, not an off-handed office policy change.

Sounds like Ken was having a bad day, Lisa. Have some pity on the man!

None of the BOD needed legal council until they locked the doors to our HOA. But they sure need it now - HOA insurance doesn't cover fraud or contempt of court.

Oh my GOD, it sounds like the BOD is going to put out a hit on Lisa!!!!

I hope Mr. Rigsbee dosent call in Gary Bradley's good 'ol boy buddies to have her bumped off!

Our Rental Income???


Dear Mr. Rigsbee,

In response to your angry e-mail, I am challenging you to answer the following question to all of us, the Circle C homeowners:

Who is pocketing OUR rental income on the property of 5919 La Crosse Ave.?

(1) According to the Auditors' Report for the Year of 2000, Page 8, the Developer had transferred the ownership of the above property to the Association on February 28, 2001.
(2) For all these years, we have been paying all kinds of expenses for the above property, such as utility bills, property taxes, capital improvements, etc.
(3) The above property is leased to Circle C Caf?© & Catering, owned by Jaime Arevalo; Circle C Landscape LLC, owned by Susan Hoover; and Full Circle Management, owned by ???
(4) Denise Nordstrom of Full Circle Management told me face-to-face that they pay rent for occupying the offices.
(5) Go to look at our Income & Expenses Statements. Do you see any Rental Income on the statements? Why there was no rental income on the statements? Who has been pocketing OUR rental income?

Mr. Rigsbee, you are the Treasurer of CCHoA. Are you serving in the interest of the Association or in the interest of someone else?

If you can provide me and all the Circle C homeowners some satisfactory answers of all the above questions, I will shut down my lovely, LITTLE Web site as you demanded.
