We have recently pruned all of the miscanthus on the sidewalk along Tasajillo to allow better access without destroying the plants. Many of the neighbors love the look of the grasses, so we will be regularly cutting them back to allow access and a good solution for all.
We have ordered some native plants for the area behind the first gate. The soil is prepped, and we have pulled out all of the previous Indian Hawthorne, which had gotten overgrown and leggy. We are waiting for a little dip in the temperature to finish out this planting.
