Our neighborhood is comprised of older homes and several small apartment complexes. Nearby businesses include daycare centers, grocery stores and a host of restaurants and other shopping outlets. A branch of the public library is located on Thousand Oaks.
The city offers curbside trash collection on Mondays and Thursdays.
Curbside recycling is on Mondays.

About our association
Citizens On Alert
Citizens On Alert is a neighborhood association of volunteers encompassing the following neighborhoods: Sierra North, Old Farm II and the Hills. Membership in our organization is strictly voluntary and is open to anyone who resides or has a vested interest in property which is located within these boundaries. COA's mission statement is "Neighbors working together for a safer community."
