CCARE is a not-for-profit community based organization which was started in 1994 to provide for the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of persons living with HIV and AIDS, and their families, partners friends and care givers. We are dedicated to ensuring effective outreach and HIV presentation/education which will reach all residents of Clackamas County through forming strong partnerships and alliances within both the public and private sectors, in order to ensure awareness and understanding of the HIV/AIDS pandemic. We work closely with Clackamas County Public Health Division and other agencies, both public and private to provide services and information regarding HIV/AIDS prevention and to facilitate HIV/AIDS health care services.
