The Annual Meeting and Picnic was held on Sunday September 14, 2008. All residents were represented except for #4 and #8. Thanks to everyone for the delicious assortment of food and beverages! Everything was great!

The meeting began at 6:15PM As there were no other volunteers or candidates, the officers of the Clermont Civic Association are:
Bob Capik, President
Bill Price, Vice President
Barbara Roehl, Secretary
El Capik, Treasurer

Treasurer's report:
Current balance is $458.If your dues($10)have not been paid, please submit to El as soon as possible.

Snow Removal- We are going with Village Green for snow removal this season. The cost is $80 (per Jim Curren) for the street regardless of # of inches.(Subsequent to the meeting, we learned that the cost would be $100). Plowing will be done no later than 9:00AM. Please note that the state reimburses us for 75% of what we pay, up to the limit set by DELDOT.
Driveways- if you want your driveway plowed, please notify El. Cost is $20.

Progressive Dinner (for 2008) was held on February
23rd. Thanks to the Currens, Roehls and Capiks for
hosting the appetizer, dinner and dessert courses
respectively.

Discussion was held regarding trash removal.
Subsequent e-mail from Bob Capik indicated that it
is unlikely that we would all be able to agree to
go to the same provider. We also discussed one
trash truck who is backing down the road to pick up. This is unsafe. If you witness this, please
contact Bob Capik or Barbara Roehl with details and we will report it.Subsequently, the driver was asked to not back up.

Bob also researched the timing of trash pickup.
Trash haulers are permitted to begin pick ups at
6:00AM.

Meeting adjourned at 7:00PM.
