Interest rates remain at HISTORIC lows and there are, indeed, buyers looking who are well qualified. Cleveland neighborhood continues to draw lots of interest not only for hte overall quality and atmosphere of hte neighborhood but also because of Cleveland Elementary School.

One thing I'll mention here is this is the PERFECT time to be buying. Some prices have eased a bit and there is an unprecedented incentive from the government for first time home buyers, which includes anyone who might have owned prior to three years ago.
