July 4th Ice Cream Social

You Scream, I Scream we all Scream for Ice Cream! There was a lot of screaming going on as Cleveland residents were treated to Banana Splits, Sundaes, and Ice Cream Cones compliments of Hiland Dairy and prepared by our own neighborhood Soda Jerks Haley Jones and Michael Tarr. Many people topped off their ice cream with delicious brownies prepared by Marion Stewart and Jacque Winton, and tasty cookies baked by Nancy Tiernan
The Annual Patriotic Kid’s Parade was the best one yet as you can tell from the pictures, the number of children in our neighborhood is growing. Everyone who attended the 4th of July Ice Cream Social can attest the event was a great success!
Special thanks go out to Rollie and Caroline King for their fantastic decorating job on the Gazebo and to Haley Jones with Hiland Dairy for providing us with the ice cream. It takes a lot of hard work to prepare for our events. I want to say special thanks to Dan Martin, Haley Jones, Jeanie Ruedy, Dylan Wagner, Sam Bowman, Patrick and Nancy Tiernan and David and Jennifer Nelson for their help in making the 1st Annual 4th of July Ice Cream Social a great new tradition!
