Cobblestone Village

Cobblestone Village was built by Pulte starting in late 1983. Cobblestone Village has a park to the east of the community, which is maintained by the city of Westminster. There is a pond, walking path and a children's play area. The closest shopping is just across 84th Avenue along Federal.

Board of Directors

The five members of the Board of Directors for Cobblestone Village are elected from the townhouse owners. Each is elected to a three year term with one or two being elected each year at the annual meeting. At the next Board Meeting, the board members determine who will hold each of the officers positions.

Cobblestone Village

Cobblestone Village is a townhouse community located northeast of Federal and 81st Avenue in Westminster, Colorado. Pulte built the 209 townhomes that make up Cobblestone Village in 1984 and 1985.

Board of Directors and Meetings

Cobblestone Village has a Board of Directors consisting of five of the homeowners. The current board members and their offices are listed in Community Contacts. There is a link under Community Hotlinks to send an email to all of the board members as well as our property manager.
We have monthly board meetings with an annual meeting every summer, usually in late August. Members are welcome to attend the monthly board meetings and requested to attend the annual meetings. The monthly board meetings are usually held at the Westminster United Methodist Church, at 6:30 PM around the beginning of the month, with the actual dates varying.  Check the Calendar on LCM's  website (http://www.lcmpropertymanagement.com/) for meeting dates and details.
