Pool Information

The Board has had many calls on the use of the pool. This is a reminder that small children under the age of 14 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT over 18 years of age. Any children in the pool not supervised will be sent home and a letter will be written to that homeowner. If the practice continues, a fine will be imposed.
The gates to the pool are to be closed at all times. If you need a key, please contact Brendan at Pennant Investment Specialists, Inc. Keys will be issued to those who are current in their assessments. Anyone caught in the pool who does not belong there will have a trespassing ticket issued to them.
These rules are for the safety and enjoyment of all residents of the Cobblestone Village community.
