About Colonial Manor

Colonial Manor's (CM) boundries are 14th Avenue to the north, 65th Street Expressway to the west, 21st Avenue to the south and Power Inn Road to the east.

CM is an older established neighborhood of Sacramento. Interesting architecture and beautiful trees line it's streets. Joseph Bonnheim Elementary School and Bill Bean Jr. Memorial Park are located withing Colonial Manor boundaries. There is a walkable green parkway, 21st Avenue Parkway, between Colonial Manor and Colonial Village neighborhoods.

Colonial Manor Neighborhood Association Mission Statement

Colonial Manor Neighborhood Association (CMNA) was formed to preserve the integrity of our residential neighborhood and improve our quality of life by:

• Sponsoring neighborhood improvement projects and social events
• Providing a forum to identify, discuss, and resolve neighborhood issues
• Educating CMNA residents on City services and public process
• Acting as liason between CMNA residents, the City and other external agencies
• Identifying and advocating CMNA’s position on issues such as land use, transportation, public safety and social services
