Dear Arthur, When you and I were younger and faced New England winters, no concern was given about crazy drivers around school buildings. All required is one tragedy of one student being hit by an errant vehicle and it will cost the financially-wrecked city of Pawtucket a few million dollars.

Sounds like we can stop those accidents by helping to clear our sidewalks and the city clearing the street...BTW...I thought the city had bought some sidewalk cleaners that maybe they can push a mini plow to clear the walks... Are the sidewalks city owned or resident owned? |
