Community Youth Connection, Inc

Our Mission Statement

CYC is a non profit organization dedicated to youth ages 10-13 and young adults ages 14-19. Committed to teaching leadership skills, building self-esteem, promoting healthy lifestyles, developing character, and emphasizing social responsibility to children, youth and young adults in our community. Promoting economic empowerment through job readiness skills, college introduction, individual growth, teamwork, and community involvement.

Our Goal

CYC's goal is to educate the youth in our community on subjects not necessarily taught in school. Subjects such as conflict management, stress management, safety program, drug prevention, peer pressure, public speaking, Goal setting, time management, SAT/ACT Prep, college Tours, interviewing skills, resume writing, etc.,
We are also committing to exposing youth to volunteering and helping others by hosting food drives, clothing drives, and serving others.
