Welcome to Cool Spring/Tilton Neighborhood !

CSTNA meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the September - May 

We meet in the Library of the Lewis Elementary School library on 9th and Van Buren.  The entrance is on Van Buren Street. 

 

Parking is available around school building and Cool Spring Park. 

 

Residents  and businesses are urged to attend the meetings and help to make Cool Spring and Tilton better places to live.  If you are unable to attend a meeting or would like to learn more about what is discussed the agendas and minutes are available for review on the documents page.

 

 

You can pay your CSTNA annual dues or donate online by clicking the button below.   The donations support community efforts and programs.  CSTNA is registered as a 501 (c) (4) with the IRS.

 


Residential Dues: $10.00 per year



Business Dues: $50.00 per year
