Instant Ticketing - $50 Fine
The City is beginning to enforce a tough new law for violation of the City’s Sanitation Code. Citizen’s who violate the Code by improperly disposing or placing trash for pick-up, allowing junk or debris, or fecal matter to litter their property are now subject to an instant $50 fine. You can receive an additional $50 fine for failure to clean up the mess you created. This law is enforced by the Department of Licenses and Inspection. For information call (302) 576-3030.
