Cool Spring / Tilton Neighborhood Association

For the past couple of days I've been hearing this non stop beeping noise outside. it makes three beeps, pauses, and then repeats again. It kinda sounds like a smoke detector that needs to be replaced. The beeping is pretty loud and annoying. I live on the 800 block of Van Buren. It's driving me crazy. Where is is coming from? And I know, Im not the only one that hears it. Make it stop!!
