Copiague Neighborhood Watch

Community members of Copiague, Amityville, and Lindenhurst in-conjunction with the Suffolk County 1st Precinct are currently forming neighborhood watches.  

Once the neighborhood watches are established we are going to expand this to a neighborhood patrol.  

The goal of this program is to learn how to become a good witness and be the eyes and the ears of the police.  We are not looking to engage, apprehend, detain, or have physical contact with anyone.  We believe in due process of the law and all people are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
