Coronado Shore Landscape & Recreation Committee establishes Ad Hoc Committee to deal with local issues that may have an impact on the Coronado Shores Complex.

By unanimous consent Larry Kaufman was elected as Chair and Doug Crane was elected as Vice Chair.

The members agreed that the purpose of the Committee was to collect information and disseminate it to all Coronado Shores Associations. Items of importance will be forwarded immediately.

The Committee discussed other planned work at the Hotel del Coronado and Glorietta Bay.

There was a discussion of the installation of a 20,000 Square foot tent that the Hotel del Coronado may erect on their parking lot adjacent to La Sierra Tower. Noise from this proposed tent is the main concern of residents of La Sierra and La Playa Towers. The City of Coronado Noise Ordinance was discussed.

The committee members would like your views on the Hotel Expansion project. Likewise, should you have any questions in this area the members will try to answer them for you. Homeowners are encouraged to attend scheduled City Hall meetings and Committee meetings to share their view.
