We are a small community of twenty seven homes located adjacent to the Saddle Rock golf course. Many of the homes look onto the golf course between the 13th,15th and 16th fairways. Some homes have significant mountain views.

Unusual Architectural Styles

Visitors to The Cottages are often suprised by the fact that what appear to small homes are in fact quite large and luxurious. Most of the homes adjacent to the golf course have walkout basements. The exteriors have stucco rendering with random stone patches reminiscent of old world cottages in Europe. The community strives to maintain the atmosphere with landscaping, as well as flowers in pots and window boxes. The landscaping is profesionally maintained during the spring and summer. In the winter, snow is removed from driveways and walks early in the morning to provide a safe environment for the owners and visitors.

Owner Profiles

Although some of the owners are retired, there is an unusual mix of both young and old. The homes were not intended for owners with children but there is no rule precluding them. Often grandchildren visit and can be seen enjoying activities with their grandparents and parents.

About our association

The Cottages at Saddle Rock Home Owners Association (HOA)

The Board of the HOA has seven directors, and generally meets on the third Wednesday of the month at The Public Library in Centennial at 5430 S. Biscay Circle. Owners often attend board meetings and the atmosphere is quite informal. Owners should check with one of the board members in advance of a board meeting if they intend to attend, to be sure that the location has not changed. It is not always possible to amend the information contained on this web site if a last minute cahnge occurs.
