Current Status
The Planning Commission approved the revised site plan but some of the neighbors fronting on to Gartrell Road objected and appealed to the City Council. The city Council apparently took note of the fact that a larger number of the home owners in Panorama Point had reached agreement with the developer to make changes to minimize the impact of the developement, and decided to reject the appeal. Accordingly the Super Target site will proceed.
