Under the terms of the Supplemental Declarations of Covenants,Conditions and Restrictions of the Cottages at Saddlerock and the By-Laws, the Board of Directors may adopt supplemental rules and regulations. Following a year of operation, and experience arising from that operation, the board of directors adopted a set of Rules and Regulations which supplement the Covenants and clarify some of them
