Reson #5: Convenience?

Nothing is more convenient than my mailbox. By the way, when BF becomes its own county; plan on me keeping my Boulder county plates. Also, my neighbors moved in from Jefferson; and they did not have to have Boulder county plates. IT is not a state requirement that you change your vehicle plates when you move from county to county. IT is a state requirement that you change your plates when you move in from out of state.

Taxes--Total control; never

As long as the schools are in four counties we will never have equity in taxes. The schools are the big one.

Reason #8

If we do not pay it in property taxes; we pay it in ridiculous interest rates on Certificates of Participation; toll fees for NWP, and lost revenues due to incentive packages given to businesses and companies locating here. Granted, income has to be earned before an incentive is realized; but if the incentive were not part of the deal; then these monies would have come to residents in full.
