Countryside Woods Neighborhood

The Countryside Woods Neighborhood is on the east edge of the city of Vancouver and covers approximately 1/3 square mile. It encompasses over 750 Single Family Homes, a grange, a house of worship, and a gravel pit, along with horses and at least one tagged deer. We also are more than just the older housing development named Countryside; we extend north all the way to 18th Street. Within our boundaries are unique homes and developments named Scott's Landing, Scott's Manor, Maple Place, and Grand Firs. Some of our residents are just moving in, while others can remember when we were really country and just County! It is a great neighborhood to live in--we are close to retail shopping centers, medical facilities, restaurants, entertainment, two transit centers, and we have a great school district, Evergreen. We also have more standing old trees than most of the other east neighborhoods.
