18 wheeler in North Lake?

Was anything addressed about this issue? I don't want to press this, but when we are talking about re-paving our neighborhood and trying to fix our drains, why are we allowing large trucks in NL?

Thanks

Hello SaintsFan:

The problem is being addressed tonight by a member of our board.  The board members as well as the neighbor in question are making every attempt to spend as much time with family as possible, so we did not resolve the issue last night.

Both of those issues are concerns from neighbors that we are addressing and keeping everyone updated on.

Thanks for the message.

Further to my earlier message, there are extenuating circumstances that exist for our neighbor.  He is apologetic, and has not been home for a very long period of time and then will have to leave again on Christmas Day.  The truck will be gone either tomorrow or on Christmas Day.  He will make alternate plans for parking from now on.

After the first of the year, a letter will go out to collect fees and remind folks about the by-laws and that we will be enforcing them.

This board has been in place less than a month and a half.  We are going to get things on the right path.  Please be patient with us.

Thanks for your support.

to be fair - if youre gonna tell him to park his truck properly - which means elsewhere - up the hill and on the right - is a boat parked in the frontyard - those are supposed to be parked inside the fenced enclosure of the backyard  - and it appears that kids are removing the rocks from the drainage area right next to that - those rocks are there to prevent further erosion and possible damage to the road
