Crown Point

I see that new plants were added on 71st and Eugie, which look great.  But, there is also a common area on the northside of 69th Ave and Eugie that gets constantly overlooked.  At a minimum, it needs new gravel, but is in great need of a redo.  Also, kids continue to climb over this wall cutting through the field from Quik Trip and that has loosened the blocks on the top of the wall.  Are there any resolutions to this as they cut across our property as well?
