About Crown Point

Crown Point is a development of 285 townhomes and condominiums east of Parker Road and south of Quincy. The homes were developed in the mid-1980's. Crown Point is a covenant controlled community and there are mandatory dues for the maintenance and upkeep of the common property.

Homeowners also abide by set rules and regulations designed to maintain property appearance, values and to keep our community a clean, safe place to live and play.

About our association

Crown Point HOA

Crown Point has an elected Board of Directors. The homeowners elect the members of the board to staggered terms of three years. They volunteer their time to make sure the interests and needs of the community are served.
