We're changing our management company

Small Association Management

As of March 1st, 2009, Crown Point will be using a new management company called Small Association Management. Hank Henningsen and his team, Frank Madrid and Trish Bonnette, will be our contacts at SAM. Hank Henningsen will be the liaison with the board of directors while Frank Madrid will work with our vendors and contractors on the physical care of the property. Trish Bonnette is the records management/financial contact. You should be receiving a letter from them soon with more information. Their contact information is:

With this change, we will be able to offer some new options for things like paying your monthly dues, receiving the newsletter and having access to routine monthly reports.
