Monthly Dues

As of January 1, 2009, the Crown Point monthly association dues are $170.00. The fee is due on the 1st of every month and is considered late after the 20th of the month and there is a $20.00 fee for payments received after the 20th. All administrative costs for payments not received, NSF checks, etc. will be assessed to the owner.

We encourage homeowners to use bill pay through their own bank (if offered) or PayPal for timely payment of their dues. You can go to our new website, www.crownpointhoanews.com and follow the directions for secure automatic withdrawals via PayPal. Check with your own bank for information on how to pay make your payment online.

We have a new management company. Please mail your dues to them before the 20th of the month to avoid late charges. Their address is:

You can continue using your current coupons however, the coupon and payment need to be sent to the above address. Please utilize the address labels you will receive in the mail to direct your payment properly.
