Crystal Gardens Homeowners Association

I am a renter living at 6900 NW 134th Terrace in Crystal Gardens in OKC.  I know "renters" are looked down upon in Crystal Gardens, however, I thought it would be best to live in a neighborhood before deciding whether or not to purchase property and make a life long commitment to that neighborhood.  As a "renter", I do not receive the important information that the Home Owner's Association distributes among its members.  Therefore not receiving valuable information about the rules and regulations that the Association has instituted.  I have three vehicles and cannot park them all in my driveway.  If I park one of them on the curb, it will be towed.  I have tried to park in the overflow parking lot, but found out that I cannot park there overnight.  I need to know where I can park my third vehicle.  I am a team player and always play by the rules.  I would just like to know what those rules are.  Thank you for any quick response.
